- Dr Monica Jain graduated in M.B.B.S in 1994 ( Amritsar – Punjab) and in M.S. Ophthalmology in 2000 ( Ludhiana -Punjab)
- Post which , she joined Dr Mirchia as an Associate
- She is a key associate of Dr Rajiv Mirchia , heads three centers – Mansa Devi Complex , Peer Muchalla , and Naraingarh
- She is a strong Phaco- Refractive surgeon and done around 25,000 Cataract Surgery
- With grit and determination , she has set up 3 centers in the region
- It is noticeable that Dr. Monica clinic in Panchkula have an all women team of five ophthalmologists , the only one of its kind in the tricity
