Dr Shazia Shafi is a recipient of Gold Medal from the President of India. She has done her MBBS from Pune & further completed her DNB from Bangalore. She did her Phaco fellowship from Dr Agarwal’s eye hospital under mentorship of Prof. Amar Agarwal. Dr Shazia has done 15,000 cataract/phacoemulsification surgeries, Glaucoma surgeries/trabeculectomy, corneal surgeries(C3 R, pterygium) & intravitreal injections. She has presented in many national conferences across India. Dr Shazia has a flair for writing & public speaking & advocates many social causes.
