Dr. Sarabjit Kaur Brar

After completing MBBS From GSVM Medical college in 2001 and MS Ophthalmology from Govt. Medical College, Patiala in 2006, She did fellowship in phaco Cataract surgery from GEI Chandigarh in 2007.

She completed Senior Residency in Govt. Med College & Hospital, Chandigarh in 2012. She worked in cornea unit for 2 years and retina unit for 6 months . She is adequately trained in corneal

procedures and surgeries like application of bandage contact lens with glue, ocular surface surgeries(limbal stem cell transplant, AMT), symblepharon release, pterygium excision with autograft,C3R,TPK, OPK, optical iridectomy, penetrating eye injuries repair, Yag laser for PCO & glaucoma, Phacoemulsification, ECCE, SICS, and Scleral fixated IOL.

During her tenure in Retina unit, She had hands on experience in performing laser photocoagulation, Intravitreal injection for various retinal pathologies and assisted in RD and PPV retinal surgeries.

She worked as Consultant in Grover eye laser & ENT Hospital Chandigarh from 2012 to 2020 and got vast experience in managing Cornea, glaucoma, medical retina and uveitis patients. She joined as senior Consultant in dr Monica’ s clinic Panchkula in 2021 and is continuing till date.
